Sheet Metal Fabrication

Nevron has a high quality, modern sheet metal fabrication facility for the manufacture of outer cover metalwork. Our equipment includes state-of-the-art Blue Marlin CNC plasma cutter and lockformers for Pittsburgh and Snaplock seams.

Nevron has a highly skilled and experienced team of sheet metal fabricators who support our site engineers. Working with most metals we are capable of providing fast efficient service whilst maintaining high quality standards.

We design and manufacture using a wide range of metals including stainless steel, galvanised coated steels (e.g. Aluzink), aluminium and plastisol coated steel. Nevron also has site facilities for decoiling metal and cutting to length.

Nevron manufactures for third party clients and other insulation companies providing a supply only service.
