techniques for insulating and cladding all sizes of bag filter structures. Their strut & pinning system enables the process
to be completed quickly and efficiently using either plain or profiled cladding panels.
Where heating is required, Nevron has developed an
easy to fit grid system to provide the appropriate heating cables that can be located straight onto the cone or hopper structure.
This grid system enables the filter to be heated in zones to ensure that condensation does not cause any concentration of
particles that would otherwise affect the performance of the filter.
Nevron provides a full insulation and metal cladding service for all of the associated
ducting and plant. By combining all of these services, Nevron is able to become an active partner for Bag Filter providers
and end users, speeding up installation and reducing costs.
